mRecruiter is made possible by the consolidation of the patented Enterprise Recruitment Automation System, Matchboard, experienced account managers, and the Infinix Recruitment Center resources in Mumbai, India.

Here’s what the mRecruiter service covers:  

Ø      Searching multiple paid and free Internet job boards for qualified candidates

Ø      Posting your jobs on Internet job boards and receiving applicant resumes on your behalf (even in high volumes)

Ø      Searching Infinix’s extensive in-house database for suitable candidates

Ø      Screening all resumes in accordance with position requirements (technical short-listing)

Ø      Carrying out preliminary communications with candidates to validate qualifications, check availability issues, gauge interest, etc.

Ø      Presenting a shortlist of the best qualified, interested and available candidates to you for further evaluation

Ø      Facilitating candidate interviews as required (i.e. providing logistical support).
