The mRecruiter
methodology is based on ISO 9000:2001 certified best
practices, and is backed by the credibility of a company that
has been in the recruiting industry for over 17 years. When you sign up for the service, our
recruiting team becomes part of your recruiting function, with
commitments to your own quality goals and deadlines.
A typical mRecruiter team is headed by an
Account Manager, who is your
single point of contact and has overall responsibility for
delivery. A dedicated Quality Manager is continuously
responsible for the quality, quantity and speed of our service
delivery. A number of technical recruiters are also assigned
to your account based on the volume of services you ordered.
The team carries out specific steps to
set up the process and then continuously manage it throughout
the contract period. For example, training is held to
familiarize the team with your company, the types of positions
you may open, your recruiting and short listing procedures,
performance metrics, reporting schedules, etc. Quality
checkpoints and reporting procedures are set up based on the
types of candidates you typically need. Personnel from your
company who will be using the service are familiarized with
how mRecruiter
works, the tools it uses, the web pages you will use, etc. The
procedure for exchanging information during the life of a
typical open position is understood.
The mRecruiter
process includes an on-going fine-tuning system to improve
candidate screening, searching and short listing. The entire
process is carried out in close cooperation with you and your
staff. You can
also take over any candidate or position handling at any time
and assign the next position to us.
Here are some of the steps we go
through:
q
Assess the current state of the
recruiting function and collaboratively plan the methodologies
required to meet the intended recruiting goals.
q
Assemble a customized recruiting team.
The team consists primarily of professional recruiters with
the ability to recruit in the field in which you have
positions open. The team could be as small as a single
recruiter or be a multi-faceted team based on-site and
off-site. Based on the functions you outsource, all or part of
the team is based at our Recruiting Center to minimize costs.
q
Conduct training and familiarization. Our
manager will hold detailed discussions with you to understand
your specific needs, important screening parameters,
performance metrics and your internal business processes. In
turn, we will familiarize you with our on-line system and
explain our own methods to you.
q
Implement the Quality Control process. A
Quality Manager is assigned to your account, who is
continuously responsible for maintaining service levels you
expect.
q
Set up users from your organization with
accounts in MatchBoard for on-line management of the
recruiting process. You can monitor positions, review
candidates’ qualifications, receive candidate shortlists,
compare candidate qualifications, get analytical reports,
etc., all on-line.
q
Set up a reporting and monitoring
procedure with you. Our Quality Manager will have regular
meetings with you and your hiring managers to fine tune and
improve our processes, correct errors and report on
performance.
q
Upon your approval, begin work on your most
urgent open positions.
This methodology is extended or
abbreviated based on the recruiting volume and the functions
you outsource.
