mRecruiter is enabled by the MatchBoard
system, which boosts productivity, quality
monitoring, communications and reporting. It also includes
several other features which significantly improve
efficiency, reduce costs and maintain a high level of

technologies we efficiently contact candidates in bulk,
carry out high-volume searches, screen and evaluate candidates
from multiple sources (3rd party jobs boards,
internal resume databanks, etc.), quantitatively compare
candidate qualifications, provide more personalized coverage,

Lower expenses – A portion of our staff is
based in India, and
consequently our per-person payroll costs are substantially
lower.

Are there any additional costs?
There are no hidden or additional costs.
However, any Additional Services you request (e.g. technical
interviewing, etc.), are available at an additional charge. If
you wish to post Help Wanted ads on various Job Boards or in
publications that charge a fee, these costs/services are
charged for separately.

Are
'passive' candidates covered?
Passive candidates are covered under
Additional Services and are not included in the basic
mRecruiter services. Basic mRecruiter services focus on
recruiting active candidates who are using the Internet to
post their resumes. It is not intended for positions where
there is either a known shortage of qualified candidates or
where suitable candidates are unlikely to use the Internet for
their job searches (although respondents to your print Help
Wanted advertising are covered). You can sign up for passive
candidate searches for an additional charge. Please contact

How can I be assured of the quality of mRecruiter
services?
One of the goals of the program is to improve the
quality of the recruitment process. We address quality by:

First understanding your business requirements,
technical and performance objectives and company culture.
Together with you, we clearly identify quality metrics and
service levels that need to be met. We assign a dedicated
Quality Manager to oversee performance by our team under the
program and to interface with you to get feedback, make
process changes and resolve problems.

Allocating one or more dedicated recruiters with
the technical expertise to understand your position
requirements – this means you don’t get unqualified
resumes.

Using proprietary new technologies capable of
processing and managing high volumes of resumes to pinpoint

What
if my hiring needs are unpredictable or sporadic throughout
the year?
Many companies cannot precisely predict
their labor requirements at the beginning of the year, simply
because they depend on many external factors. You can however,
order a very flexible package of mRecruiter services so that
even unanticipated needs can be met, without having to order a
lot of services that may lie idle. For example, you can order
a number of annual Service Packs based on the number of
positions you are confident you will have throughout the year,
and then order additional Quarterly or Monthly Add-On packs as
your needs come up through the year.

How
will the process work for our needs?
The mRecruiter Methodology
describes the initiation steps in detail. At the basic level,
after the process has been put in place, you assign an open
position to us for fulfillment. Position details can be
entered into your MatchBoard screen, or advised via email,
fax, phone, etc. Our Account Manager discusses the position
with you and understands what the ideal candidate would be
like. You would then shortly see a few pre-screened,
shortlisted resumes in your MatchBoard or email In Box.
You and the Account Manager would fine tune the screening
process based on this first response, and also decide on
widening the recruitment effort if required. Subsequent
candidates submitted to you would be better screened, with the
goal that most of them would be judged to be worthy of an
interview or further evaluation by you.
Depending on the recruiting steps you
have outsourced, candidates are then handed over to you for
further evaluation and potential hire, or our staff would
continue to manage the shortlisted candidates through the
further hiring process, in cooperation with you and your
staff.

Are
your recruiters on-site at our facilities?
That depends on the volume and type of
mRecruiter services you order. The highest cost savings can be
achieved by having all our resources at our own facilities.
However, for more high volume recruiting involving multiple
positions and/or professions, for additional mRecruiter
services ordered, or where a large number of client personnel
are involved in the recruiting process, mRecruiter
representatives may be assigned to your site. This decision is
normally made in consultation with you during the initial
planning phase. On-site services are billed separately.

What

Services are available from the very
basic frontline recruiting services up to the full Vendor
and Recruitment Management program. At the high end, we provide a full-fledged Vendor
Management program based on the MatchBoard system that
provides soup-to-nuts responsibility for your positions,
