interviews in specified IT technical fields.
Interviews are conducted by telephone or in person by
experienced professionals who will provide a detailed report
on the results of the interview. You can relieve your
senior technical personnel and Hiring Managers from spending
large amounts of time on this activity. Subsequent interviews
of short listed candidates can always be conducted by your
staff before making an offer. This service can result in significantly
fewer interviews per hire for your managers.
Infinix can
conduct pre-employment background checks on selected
candidates to verify various aspects of their professional
background as requested by the client. Such checks may include
whether a candidate has served the companies mentioned in the
resumes, the joining and leaving dates, the designations
he/she has held at respective companies, the supervisor he/she
was reporting to, educational qualifications, etc.

arranges for space and supervisors to conduct and monitor
written tests – technical tests, HR tests, analytical tests,
