How would my vendors benefit by joining
MatchBoard?
In addition to being able to do business with you in a way
convenient to you, your vendors enjoy several significant
benefits by becoming MatchBoard members:

accurately, and with less effort, thus improving the chances
of making more placements and doing more business with you.

customer requirements, tracking open positions and projects,

Can MatchBoard help ensure that we always
get the best negotiated prices from our vendors, instead of
list prices that some of our managers may agree to?
Approval requirements can be set up in the system to minimize
non-standard pricing. Managers can also get access to the
full list of negotiated prices for any type of position for
any vendor. In addition, they also get statistical prices
paid for similar positions from all vendors. Exception reporting
is provided showing purchases with non-standard pricing, or
pricing with excessive variance.

Our recruiters are based in multiple locations
and service all our facilities nationwide. Can they work cooperatively
as one team?
Yes. Your recruiters, Hiring Managers, evaluators, procurement
personnel, etc. worldwide can work cooperatively together
off a single MatchBoard database at one of your offices, so
they are all provided real time updates of all MatchBoard
activity. So your recruiters in different locations can give
each other permission to view (and modify, if necessary) each
other's positions, candidates, vendors, etc. They can assign
positions or candidates to each other to work on, and even
schedule Tasks for each other through the system. Once a position
is visible to the recruiter, MatchBoard will automatically
alert him to status changes, and schedule important To Do
items relating to that position on his home page.
